• It provides proper memory management
• It is compile based.
• Error handling will be available with Try catch Finally.

Asp:-

• The file extension will be .asp
• It supports only entire page caching.
• It does not provide any security
• It requires manual coding to perform validation.
• It requires asp dll file.
• It provides poor memory management.
• It is interpreted based.
• Poor error handling will be available.
