Can you create Windows Service Using WPF?
No, you can not build the windows Services using WPF. WPF is
presentation technolgy, where as Windows service requires certain permission to
perform the certain GUI retalted operations.
If the Windows service does not have the
appropriate permissions, there may be unexpected results
